**Job Type**:
- Full-time and part-time positions are available.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, though some prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and checking in patients and visitors.
- Managing the front desk by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and using medical terminology.
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patients.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum educational requirement: 12th Pass. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
**Salary**:
- Compensation ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
