Instaspaces is excited to announce that we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Coordinator Intern to join our team. This internship program is designed to provide exposure and hands-on experience in various aspects of process coordination, system development, and executive assistance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration of new processes.
- Support the coordination of various internal processes to optimize efficiency.
- Assisting and maintaining the company's intranet platform.
- Ensure that information on the intranet is current, relevant, and easily accessible to employees.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including process coordination and optimization.
- Support various projects related to system development, process coordination, and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Business related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in operations, system development, and process coordination.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
