**Position: Resident Medical Officer (Full Time)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct medical consultations, provide diagnosis, and offer appropriate treatment to IIM Nagpur Students, Faculty, Staff, outsourced staff and other campus residents.
- Perform routine procedures such as Patient’s history taking, diagnosis of regular medical cases, Phlebotomy procedure, Intramuscular injection. (IV) cannulation, ECGs, grbs, health screenings, etc.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies on campus, providing first aid, stabilizing patients, and coordinating with external healthcare providers or hospitals when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all patients, including medical history, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Regularly monitor and assess the health status of the campus community, identifying and managing any outbreaks of communicable diseases.
- Ensure the health centre is adequately stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure that the health centre adheres to all relevant medical and safety standards, policies, and legal requirements.
- RMO will be the overall In-charge of the IIM Nagpur health centre both administratively & functionally and has to work closely with the Institute administration to develop and implement health policies, safety protocols, and wellness initiatives.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:

- MBBS Degree from a recognized University / Institution
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as mentioned in the key responsibilities.

**Working Hours**:

- Excellent understanding of MS - Office tools such as MS - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel,
- Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM
