**Laboratory Operations Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage inventory of equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of materials.
**Staff Supervision and Training**:
- Supervise laboratory technicians, assistants, and other staff.
- Train new staff on laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
**Quality Control and Assurance**:
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Address any issues related to quality control and quality assurance.
**Data Management**:
- Oversee data collection, entry, and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, tests, and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
**Equipment Maintenance and Calibration**:
- Schedule and oversee maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
- Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
**Budget Management**:
- Develop and manage budgets for laboratory operations.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts as needed.
**Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**:
- Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that the laboratory operates in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate inspections and audits by regulatory agencies.
**Health and Safety Management**:
- Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety training for laboratory staff.
- Implement emergency protocols and response plans.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
- Liaise with other departments, researchers, and external collaborators.
- Communicate laboratory policies, procedures, and updates to staff members.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
