We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on front-end development and expertise in the
- **5 years of experience** in web development, with**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant code using the MERN stack.
- Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (React.js).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing phases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and propose new ideas and approaches to improve our development processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Experience working in a product company, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, especially React.js.
- Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material-UI) and pre-processing platforms (e.g., Sass, Less).
- Solid understanding of web fundamentals such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code repositories.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with an ability to quickly understand and analyze complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., Mongo) and database design principles.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
