As a **Female Sales Specialist**, you will play a vital role in expanding PRS Bio's market presence and achieving sales targets. Drawing upon your expertise in microbiology, biotechnology, or chemical engineering, you'll engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your passion for science and technology, coupled with your sales acumen, will drive our success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique requirements.
- **Technical Expertise**: Leverage your background in microbiology, biotechnology, or chemical engineering to effectively communicate the technical benefits of PRS Bio's products.
- **Solution Selling**: Recommend suitable solutions to clients, aligning our offerings with their research goals and challenges.
- **Market Insights**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform your sales approach.
- **Sales Targets**: Work diligently to exceed sales targets by showcasing the value proposition of PRS Bio's products.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical experts, to ensure a unified approach.
- **Occasional Travel**: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and expand PRS Bio's reach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in microbiology, biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technical sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
