**Are you flexible to work between 9 pm - 4 am or 4 am - 12 pm?**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Generation**:
- Conduct outbound calls to restaurants, generating leads and building relationships with potential partners.
- Close deals and onboard new restaurants onto our platform.
- **Client Relations & Account Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing restaurant partners.
- Address restaurant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow restaurant sales and optimize their online presence.
- **Additional responsibilities**:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and progress.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and cold calling (highly preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving set goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Tech-savvy with a proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Flexible availability to work night shifts (9 pm - 4 am or 4 am - 12 pm).
