**Key Responsibilities**:

- Principal Community Outreach & Engagement is a role at the cusp of strategy and project implementation.
- As a Principal COE you will have the opportunity to manage end-to-end designing and implementation of strategic interventions in affected communities aimed at solving a specific social issue in a given geographical location.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging with local government departments, administrative & political stakeholders. Innovation, problem-solving skills, and thinking out of the box is the key skill required for the said role.

**Functional details**:
**Skills & Experience**:

- 5-10 years of relevant work experience working on social projects
- Experience in designing and executing on ground and online qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Experience in drafting reports, concept notes, letters, SOP's etc
- Experience in designing and implementing on-ground programs aimed at community outreach, mobilization & behavioral change campaigns
- Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams internally
- Experience in working with and manage internal and external stakeholder
- Experience in maintaining systematic reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in managing & mentoring team
- Experience in working in an agile, and dynamic team environment
- Experience in working on advanced MS excel, PPT, etc
