**Job Title**: Telecaller (Sales)

**Position Overview**:We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided database to generate sales leads and meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Initiate and make a high volume of outbound sales calls to prospects from a provided database.

**Product/Service Presentation**: Present and explain our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their needs and interest levels.

**Sales Pitch**: Deliver an effective sales pitch to persuade potential customers to take the desired action, such as scheduling a demo or making a purchase.

**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

**Objection Handling**: Address customer objections and concerns effectively, turning them into opportunities.

**Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Feedback**: Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer responses and market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear and confident phone presence.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.

**Work Environment**:Telecallers typically work in an office environment, making calls from a designated workspace. However, remote work options may be available, depending on the organization's policies.

This Telecaller JD can be adjusted to match the specific requirements and expectations of your organization and the industry you operate in. Additionally, consider including any industry-specific knowledge or software tools that may be relevant to your telecalling sales role.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
