**Responsibilities**
- Manage and monitor end to end recruitment activity.
- Study the job description and understand it properly.
- Sourcing of resumes as per the client's requirement
- Searching resumes and profiles through various job portals
- Short-listing, resume evaluation, and phone screening.

**Training will be provided by the company.**

**Qualifications**:
1. Graduates from any stream

3. **Excellent communication skills in English are required**

About the Job Role
This role serves as an essential pillar of the Maven Workforce team and requires the utmost in professionalism, confidentiality and experience. The position is responsible for managing and monitoring recruitment activity for various levels.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
