Role Overview:
The ARULA Therapist for Autism’s Therapist At Site Program (TASP) will primarily work with a **10-year-old male child diagnosed with Autism**. Reporting directly to **Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi, Founder at ARULA for Autism and Global Consultant Speech & Language Therapist**, the therapist will provide ARULA therapy to the child for up to 7-8 hours per day. The role involves close collaboration with Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi, documentation of the child’s progress, and participation in regular meetings and reports. Additionally, the therapist will assist in scientific paper publications related to the therapy provided and the progress observed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct ARULA therapy sessions with the child under the guidance of Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi.

2. Document and record daily progress and development of the child.

3. Discuss the case with Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi to receive insightful feedback and incorporate it into therapy sessions.

**4.** **Work towards achieving the best speech and developmental outcomes for the child.**

5. Participate in Weekly Achievement Reports (WARs) for the child with their designated ARULA Care.

6. Attend Monthly 1:1 Meetings with Ms. Mayuri Ramdasi at ARULA for Autism Headquarters.

7. Assist in the preparation and publication of scientific papers related to therapy outcomes and observations.

**What You’ll Receive**:
1. Monthly Salary of INR 30,000.

2. Additional Bonus Pay at the end of the TASP tenure.
