**CRM & MIS Executive**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Management (data entry, master data, configuration) of the CRM software in the company, follow up with customers for their queries.
- Smart follow-up with customers.
- Keep contact information up to date.
- Set tasks and reminders for follow-up with contacts.
- Maintains database of customers for follow up.
- Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible.
- Preference would be given to someone with prior experience of working with a CRM software like - ZOHO, salesforce etc.
- Ensure that the MIS meets the business requirements and is aligned with organizational goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the MIS.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.

**Requirements and skills**
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preference to someone with basic knowledge of Tally.
- Gender - Female (preferred) & Male.
- Tentative Salary: 20k-22k CTC Monthly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Travel requirement:
