**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students at various skill levels
- Teach Kannada language and literature to students of all ages and levels
- Monitor and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback and support to help them improve
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to learn and grow
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote student success
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the Kannada language, culture, and literature
- Travel to multiple locations to teach classes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Kannada language or literature, or a related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent experience in teaching Kannada
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective lesson plans
- Passion for teaching and a deep understanding of Kannada language, culture, and history
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to teach in multiple locations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru Urban, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Kannada (preferred)
