Customer Care Executive

**Position: Customer Care and Telesales Representative**

**Role Overview**:
As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering exceptional service and support. Additionally, you will drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending the best feed solutions to enhance their animals' health and productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound telesales calls to existing and potential customers to introduce new products, promotions, and secure orders.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to guide future sales strategies and product development.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service, telesales, or a similar role, preferably in the feed or agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to managing tasks.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
