Urgent requirement hiring for Occupational Therapist. The job description is as follows.

**Job Description: -**

We’re interested in serving a greater subsection of the senior community, so we need an experienced OT to help those patients improve their quality of life. We focus on providing compassionate, holistic care to our patients. Our clinic team works with their doctors and families to establish creative but conservative plans of care that reduce the potential for injury and allow patients to set their own paces.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goals.
- Communicate with physicians and other health care providers to confirm plans of care.
- Advise family members and other supportive individuals about the level of care the patient needs.
- Provide occupational therapy guidance, support, and education during patient sessions.
- Teach patients how to interact with adaptive technology.
- Show patients how to use assistive devices.
- Assist patients with purchasing products to help them achieve their goals.
- Guide patients through graded activities
- Generate reports for patients and their physicians and families.
- Visit patients’ homes to help install or use assistive devices.
- THERAPY CARE - Responsible for complete Therapy care (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy & Respiratory Therapy). Care plans, Therapy schedules, Milestones & Recovery Reports.
- ADDITIONAL REVENUE- Out of Package services, PDC, Virtual Rehab care and Rehab aides
- RESIDENT SATISFACTION: Resident testimonials, C-Sat, Google Ratings
- THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: Drive data analytics & publications.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Physiotherapy preferred and Rehab care experience mandatory.
- Excellent clinical skills and acumen required.
- Experience of working multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills to be seen as a person of trust and authority on transition care by Multi D patients, their families, and consultants.
- 3+ years’ experience providing occupational therapy to seniors.
- Current state OT license required.
- Willingness to participate in continued education courses.
- Compassionate and caring demeanor

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
