**Responsibilities**:
Description: Senior Cloud Security Engineer
- Stong partner with business teams and IT teams to address risk, develop standards and implement security within the cloud environements.
- Developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and standards for cloud environments.
- Identifying and assessing cloud-specific security risks and vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to mitigate them.
- Configuring and managing security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies, to protect cloud-based systems and data.
- Monitoring and analyzing security logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Investigating and resolving security breaches and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborating with other members of the IT team to ensure that cloud-based systems are integrated with the organization's overall security strategy.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest cloud security trends and best practices, and staying informed about new threats and vulnerabilities.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to other members of the security team.
- Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Participating in incident response planning, testing and execution.
- Automation of security controls using various script languages.
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP.

A Senior Cloud Security Engineer should have a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and services, as well as a deep understanding of security best practices and technologies. They should also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. In addition, they should have experience managing and mentoring other security professionals, and have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Secuirty Sertifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other

Degree in Compute Science preferred
