**Competencies / Skills**:

- Define processes (Quality Operating Systems) required to produce **Cylinder Block & Cylinder Head, Crank Shaft.**:

- **Should have exposure to tool Geometry**:

- Should have the exposure of 3C machining process.
- Hands on Experience on Tool setting in Royal / Zoller
- Should have knowledge of DMAIC, Error Proofing, QC tools, SQC & 6 Sigma.
- Should have hands-on knowledge of QLCM & FIS. Should be able to read/analysis reports of above software.
- Should be able to analyze FIS reports for constraint management.
- Should be able to read process sheets and CMM reports and able to provide program correction accordingly.

Analytical thinking & Strong execution orientation and problem-solving approach.
