Curriculum Development - Participate in the development/design and revision of the curriculum offered.

Laboratory Development Continuous development laboratory infrastructure

Organising Events - Workshops/conferences/short-term programs.

Research: Preparation of good research proposal, getting sponsorship for Research Projects through various funding agencies & execution in an efficient manner.
