**Full job description**

The front desk receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. They serve as the first point of contact, greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel or department. The receptionist also performs administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Must be fluent in English)**:

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
