**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to stimulate and engage children in their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for children, ensuring their comfort, security, and well-being throughout the day.
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a safe and positive learning environment.
- Provide guidance and support to children in developing their social skills, such as sharing, taking turns, and resolving conflicts peacefully.
- Assist with mealtimes, ensuring that children are practicing good hygiene and healthy eating habits.
- Foster a positive relationship with parents and guardians by maintaining open communication and providing updates on their child's progress and behavior.
- Observe and assess children's development, documenting their growth and milestones, and communicating any concerns or areas of improvement to parents, caregivers, or supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring that materials and resources are readily available for educational activities.
- Collaborate with other daycare staff and participate in team meetings to discuss curriculum planning, behavior management strategies, and individual child needs.
- Adhere to daycare policies and procedures, including safety protocols, emergency procedures, and child protection guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of child development principles and milestones.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to childcare.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a daycare or preschool setting is highly desirable.
