Location
- Guntur

Recording Organic farmers harvest and sale details in the Trace net of APEDA to facilitate issue of transaction certificates
- Manage potential organic farmers for organic certification program as per IFOAM (International Federation for Organic Agriculture Movement) standards.

**Processing - Stocking & Dispatching**
- Manage Physical stock verification of finished good
- Monitoring dispatches of Frozen containers
- Ensure finished product storage as per our statutory requirements & maintaining proper stock records for both packing material & finished product

Customer Level
- Arrange farmer trainings on pre harvest handling enabling harvest and timely dispatches to customers
- CSR MSK project implementation and monitoring
- Understanding of Certification and audit requirement

People Level
- Carry out Farmers’ Audit (type of fertilizers & Pesticides used, farming methodology inspection)
- Capacity building & Trainings to the farmers - Organising awareness hand holding training programs on organic production & certifications

Conduct seasonal training for the support staff for efficient procurement

Facilitate procurement with the help of field staff.

Transactional Level (Report / Documentation)
- Project documentation for all the projects collecting farmer’s details in Farmer’s dairy
- Maintaining their land information, cultural practices, internal inspection and variety of mango sapling used in the plantation at the respective projects
