Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other beverages according to cafe recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Take customer orders at the counter or via electronic ordering systems, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other cafe equipment with proficiency and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe counter, display cases, and beverage preparation area, including regular cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, following cash handling procedures and maintaining accountability for transactions.
- Monitor and replenish cafe supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other consumables, to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Assist in food preparation and assembly of cafe menu items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks, as needed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Collaborate with cafe team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper storage, handling, and labeling of food and beverage items.
