About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, plan & execute new initiatives & projects.
- Work closely with the core management team in scaling up the organization.
- Shaping the company's overall business strategy. Developing strategic plans and assessing company performance.
- Responsible for assisting the core management team with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining corporate strategic initiatives.
- Building the new departments, divisions and functions at the company and expanding the existing ones.
- Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions.
