- Store In-charge / Supervisor manage the operations of a canteen, which offers food and beverage vending and other retail services.
- They supervise canteen staff, ensure the canteen is well stocked and maintain the relevant records. Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work activities of the Canteen.
- Prepares and posts daily work assignment sheets based on menu and staff duty roster.
- Assigns cooking or food preparation tasks to lower level cooks and food service workers.
- Maintain employees report inside the canteen about the food menu, daily & Monthly consumption of food, employees order extra food and so on.
- Determines items and quantities of stock to be purchased and maintained.
- Sees that food is prepared according to standard recipes and institutional practices.
- Instructs staff in proper food preparation techniques.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
