**In this role, you are expected to**
- Review and create quality content based on Dost Standards, for various formats.
- Own and lead content creation to scale user base. This includes, but is not limited to, - creating process flows, updating statuses, and collaborating with different teams (both internally and externally).
- Develop and maintain a valuable relationship with different stakeholders and partner organizations involved.
- Manage and evaluate vendor services for quality support.
- Support the ongoing development of a Content Strategy through regular inputs on what to add/subtract/change. This includes, but is not limited to, - collaborating with different teams, identifying needs, and streamlining content workflow.
- Are passionate about Early Childhood Development and the power of education in transforming lives and fostering social mobility.
- Are a motivated effective communicator and a team player with a keen eye for detail, analytical, problem-solving & organizational skills.
- Have a flair for designing content - writing scripts, synthesizing research and insights.
- Have 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Are fluent in English and are comfortable reading, writing, and understanding Hindi.
- Are self-organized and can effectively manage multiple projects.
- Have a growth mindset, feeling comfortable that your role and responsibilities can adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
- Are curious and want to be a part of a warm, driven culture that celebrates quirks.

**Salary**: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
