**Job Summary**:
As an Infrastructural Designer (Architecture) at Birla Open Minds, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of infrastructure for our franchise schools. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, plan, and execute architectural designs that align with the Birla Open Minds brand ethos while adhering to local regulations and standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure supports the educational objectives and enhances the overall learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for Birla Open Minds franchise schools, encompassing classrooms, administrative areas, recreational spaces, and other facilities as required.
- Site Evaluation: Conduct thorough site evaluations to assess feasibility, constraints, and opportunities for the construction of new franchise schools or renovation of existing facilities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external architects, engineers, and contractors to translate design concepts into actionable plans and oversee the execution of projects.
- Budget Management: Develop project budgets and timelines, and monitor expenses to ensure that infrastructure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of construction quality and ensure that the finished infrastructure meets Birla Open Minds' expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural design and construction to continually improve the quality and efficiency of infrastructure projects.
- Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to generate revenue through innovative architectural designs, value-added services, or partnerships that enhance the financial sustainability of Birla Open Minds franchise schools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
- Professional certification/license as an architect.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the education sector.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
