Multihead Operator

Operate multihead embroidery machines to embroider logos, designs, or patterns onto garments and têxtiles.
- Interpret design files and ensure proper alignment and positioning on the material.
- Verify the accuracy of thread colors and patterns according to customer specifications or production requirements.
- Inspect finished products for stitching accuracy, thread tension, and overall quality.
- Identify and correct errors such as skipped stitches, thread breaks, or misalignments.
- Notify the maintenance team of significant technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of production, including the number of items completed, machine downtime, and material usage.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining quality

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in embroidery or têxtiles is a plus.

Prior experience operating multihead embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, or similar brands.
