**Job Description**:
Meridian Motors, a distinguished Mahindra dealer located in Alappuzha (Alleppey) Centre, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their Mahindra vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, effectively assessing their service needs.

Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements, and provide detailed explanations of recommended services.

Coordinate and schedule vehicle service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the service department.

Work closely with the service technicians to convey repair and maintenance instructions, as well as estimate service costs and completion times.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and work performed on each vehicle.

Keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle service and address any additional concerns or changes in service requirements.

Communicate service promotions and additional service offerings to customers.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Automotive Service Advisor certification is a plus).

Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, especially with Mahindra vehicles.

Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Computer proficiency for data entry and service scheduling.

Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
