**Job Title: Front Desk Associate**

**Reports to**: Gym Manager / Operations Manager
**Job Type**: FULL TIME
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused **Front Desk Associate** to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. As the face of **LEVEL UP GYM**, you'll provide exceptional customer service, assist with memberships, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the gym operates smoothly. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and positive environment for all gym members.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist members, guests, and potential clients in a friendly, professional manner. Provide tours of the gym and answer any questions about gym services.
- **Membership Support**: Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations. Assist members with account inquiries, billing questions, and updates to their memberships.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Monitor member check-ins and ensure the smooth flow of visitors into the gym. Verify member status and assist with signing in guests.
- **Retail Sales**: Assist with the sale of gym merchandise (e.g., supplements, apparel, accessories) and inform members of ongoing promotions or special offers.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Ensure the front desk area and lobby are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
- **Assist Trainers and Staff**: Support personal trainers, fitness instructors, and other staff members as needed. Help with coordinating schedules and ensuring the smooth operation of classes or events.
- **Promote Gym Programs**: Educate members about new classes, programs, or promotions to drive engagement and retention.
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Friendly, clear, and professional verbal and written communication.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced environment.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Experience with gym management software, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment (phone systems, fax, etc.).
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well with other staff members and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Attention to detail in handling memberships, payments, and administrative tasks.
- **High School Diploma** or equivalent (some college preferred).
- **CPR & First Aid Certification** (preferred but not required, or willing to obtain).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the fitness industry or working in a gym setting.
- Knowledge of gym equipment and fitness terminology.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
