Site Supervisor

The role is as site engineer/superviser for the construction site in Lonavala. The project is at a completion stage with more than 85% of work completed. The site is at finishing stage and we are looking to complete the project in the next 3 months. After this we ave other sites also in Lonavala so the we can shift to a different site. Therefore, it is important that person is from Lonavala or nearby so they can travel to site everyday.

1. The role would involve availability and presence on site every day

2. Keeping aa check of all work going on site and ensuring that it is being carried out as per instructions.

3. Giving regular reports and updates to the management on work and performance.

4. Working in close with the site teams deployed on site already.

5. All proper processes and systems to be implements on site to ensure that work goes smoothly and as per standards and also we require thorough inspection of work to ensure that quality of project is maintained.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
