Commerce Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement a well-structured curriculum for Organisation of Commerce & Secretarial Practice.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the specific needs of junior college students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and critical thinking.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, and provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to commerce education.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- A teaching certification - B Ed.
- Proven experience in teaching Organisation of Commerce & Secretarial Practice will be preferred. Freshers may also apply.
- Strong knowledge of commerce principles, including organization and secretarial practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for educating and guiding young minds in the field of commerce.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
