a) Install and configure software and hardware in all our projects

b) Manage network servers and technology tools

c) Set up accounts and workstations

d) Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

e) Troubleshoot issues and outages

f) Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls

g) Upgrade systems with new releases and models

h) Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

i) Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

j) Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter

k) Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems

l) Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns

m) Create and verify backups of data

n) Respond to and resolve help desk requests

o) Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution

p) Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes

r) Install and test computer-related equipment

s) Controlling access to data includes controlling access of all kinds, both digital and physical. Protect devices and paper documents from misuse or theft by storing them in locked areas. Never leave devices or sensitive documents unattended in public locations

t) Sensitive data, such as Social Security numbers, must be securely erased to ensure that it cannot be recovered and misused.

u) Devices that were used for office purposes or that were otherwise used to store sensitive information should be erased securely erased to ensure that their previous contents cannot be recovered and misused.

v) Paper documents containing sensitive information should be shredded rather than dumped into trash or recycling bins.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
