Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
- Introduce our services to potential customers and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Build rapport with prospects and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify leads by gathering relevant information such as budget, timeline, decision-making process, etc.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Overcome objections and address concerns to encourage interest and facilitate sales opportunities.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities and ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversion.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
- Strong listening and probing skills to uncover customer needs and objections.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or in related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
