**A Hybrid working model**

**The Role**:
Senior CGI Artists work with the Lighting Supervisor and Leads to create the look of computer-generated products. They are responsible for lighting, shading, rendering, and some compositing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop shot and render passes as needed in collaboration with the compositing lead and image compositors
- Submit composited CG render elements for daily reviews to obtain feedback from supervisors
- Manage render scenes, light rigs and production assets
- Monitor daily progress of Lighting and render requirements with leads and supervisors
- Technically and creatively promote and maintain consistent product quality and desired look
- Able to work with Leads to interpret and implement client direction and feedback, confident in sharing work in progress and final work with client Art Directors, and able to communicate actions, decisions and proposals to solve project challenges
- Bridging and briefing in client direction and briefs to artist team
- Clearly communicate impacts and risks to timelines and potential work rounds to client Producers through studio project management team
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience required in visual effects or high end commercial based work
- Thorough understanding of techniques and technologies related to CG rendering and look development
- Demo reel demonstrating artistic and technical ability in Lighting & Look Dev
- Hard surface product experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with 3dMax & Maya
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with VRay or other physically plausible ray trace renderer
- Sound understanding of production pipelines
- Strong ability to multi-task, organize, and problem-solve while keeping a calm demeanor under tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive as a member of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented and focused on continual process improvement; must have a strong desire to learn from other members of the team, and to share knowledgeand discoveries
