**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Teach Business Studies to students of classes XI and XII.
- Preparing and delivering lecture sessions.
- Assigning projects and assignments to the students.
- Maintaining examination grades and attendance.
- Planning and creating teaching materials.
- Facilitating class discussions on various topics involving commerce and business.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Attending meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Using teaching methods depending on the students learning abilities.
- Building an engaging and fun learning environment
- Reporting the progress to the high management members and parents.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in teaching.
- Conduct classes effectively through both onsite and online modes.
- Maintain and update student records timely on the ERP system, and leverage the Learning Management System (LMS), and other technological tools to enhance the learning experience and outcomes of the students.

**Required Educational Qualifications**:

- Postgraduate in Commerce with 1st Division
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in computer usage

**Work Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a PGT in a reputed school.
