Job: Field Sales Representative

Location: Mangaliri

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our products in the Mangalgiri region.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients to meet sales goals.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate effectively to close sales and exceed targets.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in construction products.
- Solid understanding of construction materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a history of surpassing sales targets.
- Valid two-wheeler license required.
- Willingness to travel within Mangalgiri and nearby areas

**Salary**:18,000-20,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- Construction materials: 1 year (preferred)
- Total work: 1 year (preferred)
