Visa Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their visa requirements and purposes of travel.
- Provide clear and detailed information on visa processes, requirements, and associated documentation.
- **Application Processing**:

- Review and verify all supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures for multiple countries.
- **Communication and Follow-up**:

- **Problem Resolution**:

- **Record Keeping**:

- Generate reports on visa processing activities as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations for various countries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
