1. Inspect and oversee facilities to resolve problems.

2. Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed.

3. Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment.

4. Oversee and ensure working of electricians, plumbers, carpenter, Housekeepingstaff etc.

5. Inspect and maintain building systems such as heating, electrical, air conditioning, ventilation, lift etc. Repair & Maintenance of Factory Building, Lawn & Garden, Furniture & Office equipment’s etc.

6. Keep in check and regulate budget and track maintenance expenditures.

7. Regularly check and inspect the material and tools inventory and place order when needed in co-ordination with the reporting authority.

8. Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety rules, guidelines and regulations.

9. Conduct preventative maintenance work.

10. Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.

11. Work on day to day basis as per the instruction of reporting authority.

12.Plan Daily, weekly and Monthly Housekeeping activity and ensure all the work is done as per the schedule.
