We are currently hiring for the position of Duty Incharge Operation at Avinash Magneto Mall.

Position: Duty Incharge Operation

Location: Magneto Mall, [Raipur/Chhattisgarh ]

Role: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the mall
- Ensure compliance with mall standards and regulations
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and duties
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and security procedures
- Handle tenant and customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for enhancing customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1years or of experience or fresher can apply
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Familiarity with mall operations and standard procedures
