1. Overseeing maintenance activities at central workshop.

2. Assigning technician to Equipment repairs at workshop as well as for scheduled and breakdown maintenance at site.

3. Co ordinating with site for spare parts and consumables required and maintaining stock for same at site for uninterrupted running of Equipment's given on rental.

4. Co ordinating with site for scheduled maintenance planning.

5. Documenting scheduled maintenance records in excel

6. Co ordinating with store department to ensure adequate stock of maintenance spares.

7. Preparing Material and Purchase Requisitions.

8. Sending RFQ to OEM Dealers and Spare Part vendors for required Parts.

9. Co ordinating with OEM Dealers for service engineer in case of equipment is under warranty.

10. Negotiating with Vendors for best price and upon rate comparison Prepare Purchase Order for the same.

11. Preparing delivery challan and ewaybill for Equipment dispatch.

12. Ensuring Piling tools and liner required for Piling Contracts are dispatched to site.

13. Ensuring repairs of Piing tools and liner.

14. Dispatching Utility vehicles for transport of technicians for maintenance and spares delivery at site.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
