POSITION OVERVIEW : Infor Tester

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift Time: 1 -11pm

Location: Anywhere in India (should be flexible to work in Hybrid Model)

**Skills**:

- Infor ERP Testing experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Infor ERP (Baan 5c and ERP LN) components.
- Understands the process of software development and the life cycle of ERP test runs.
- Hands-on experience in Test Case Creation, Test Data Identification/ Creation, Test Execution, Defect logging, Status reporting, Defect Management, and Test Management
- Highly capable of operating ERP testing tools.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
- Should possess excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Should possess good Communication skills, both oral and written.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be a graduate (BTech / MBA/ MCA / MTech) degree in information technology, computer engineering, computer science.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or any ERP software.
- At least two (3) years of end-to-end testing experience in an Infor ERP Testing role is required.

Roles and responsibilities
- Should be able to understand the ERP testing methodology being followed.
- Should be able to understand customer requirements, create Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Identify and Create Test cases (Functional, Integration, SIT and E2E) and data, map to test suites, and execute.
- Should be able to execute ERP testing using the identified ERP testing tool.
- Works with ERP developers in resolving defects and recreate them as needed.
- Collects results of the test run and takes note of areas of improvement.
- Should be able to understand customer requirements, create test cases and execute.
- Should be well versed with any test management tool (MF-ALM / Azure)
- Should have worked in Agile environment.
- Should be able to report daily status progress to the lead / manager effectively.
- Should be able to independently define and execute test cases for the impacted module.
- Should understand all testing terminology and STLC.
