- Admin to join our team and continue our tradition of success keeping the values and culture of the organisation together.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Line manager in managing and reporting Transport and cordination with the stakes on timely basis.
- Assisting in managing facillities ,procurement and adhoc projects from time to time.
- Managing travel arrangements and appoinments and cordination for dnata guests and Other Official visitors.
- Support Line Manager in deveoping and implementing policies and plans, to make the process efficient and cost effective.
- Administer and assisting the Pre-Joining activities of all new joining employees by ensuring that all necessary SLA’s conditions are met.
- To make all necessary arrangements(visas,hotel,transport,family visas etc.) for employee joining dnata from other locations within the group, as and when instructed by the Stakes.
- Maintaining all reports for stocks/assets and allotment reports within the organisation.
- Reporting the damage /unacceptable assets/stocks received and taking necessary actions, tracking the stocks and maitaining report for stock in repairs.
- To maintain data base of all activities and prepare reports as required by the management.
- To contribute and take up other tasks assigned from time to time by the Line Manger/Leadership.
- Vendor Management and complete cordination and updation in new changes in industry and market to increase effeciency within the system.
- Cordinating with stakes within dnata for any procurements.
- Selecting the best vendor with best price proposal for procurement and proceeding as per policy.

**Job Requirements**:
**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Degree in Office Administration with 2+ years of relevant work experience preferably in Airline/Hotel/Service industry having worked in Operations; Sales; Marketing as well.
- Experience in managing multi-cultural global team with fast pace will be preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Familiarity with different office management procedures.

**Knowledge and Skils**:

- Excellent Communication skills both Written and Spoken English; Knowing more languages can be an advantage.
- Excellent in OS (Microsoft).
- Behavioural Competencies : Pro-active Thinker; Decision making and problem solving, Planning and organizing; Collaboration; Strategic thinker; Budgeting ;
- Core Competencies :Organising; attention to detail; Negotiating;Planning ;Multi tasking.
