Under direct supervision, applies current laboratory HSE standards to solve technical problems by understanding Halliburton technology and performing optimization. **Job Title**: T617-ESG R&D Chemist

**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

**Desired/Preferred Expertise**:Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Specialty Chemicals: Lubricants / Surfactants / Viscosifiers / Gelling agents etc. Experience in Oil & Gas / drilling fluids will be given preference.

Deliver projects by developing new experimental designs and risk mitigation strategies.

Strong technical background in polymer science/ material science.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to present to various stakeholders and Senior Leadership

Knowledge of Project Lifecycle and experience in deploying technologies from design to scale up will be good to have

Favorable if prior knowledge of Drilling or Reservoir fluids is there or has an experience in specialty chemicals.
