**Systems Operation Analyst**

**Department Overview**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Provides technical support for routine security-related issues.

Participates in the review of existing systems security issues and procedures and provides support for testing, emergencies, installations, and conversions.

Will complete access requests for logon id/user access requests for a variety of systems used by Technology Connection.

**Basic Qualification**:
1-3 years of information security administration or Service Desk experience

**Essential Qualification**:

- Must be able to maintain excellent telephone customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a call center environment resolving moderate and complex security problems.
- Must have current work experience in an information security services position within Wells Fargo.
- Proven excellence in verbal and written communications.
- Satisfaction in helping others achieve resolution to problems or requests.
- Good analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze, summarize and present issues and resolutions; requires strong organizational skills and ability to follow through.
- Ability to provide the highest level of telephone support for medium to complex problems/issues consistent within established department SLA's and productivity levels.
- Advanced problem solving skills; demonstrated ability to accurately analyze, summarize and present issues and resolutions.
- Understands how information security risks relate to business risks.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Must have good organizational skills, time management skills and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently to meet SLA and deadlines.

**Desired Qualification**:
1-4 years call center experience.
- ID Administration experience
- Network + certification
- A+ Certification
- Knowledge of information security industry standards and government regulations pertaining to information security, Active Directory.
- 1-3 years of experience in an information security analyst role.
