**Job Description:

- Ensuring reporting and escalation of market feedback of ITC products to the concerned Managers
- To ensure execution of in-store support for sales promotion, ensuring procurement of collaterals and various visibility and floor stacking elements in line with activations/ sales promotions
- Ensuring a good rapport and support with the customers
- Ensuring the freshness of the product
- Training of merchandisers (planogramming) and in store promoters, relationship development with major stores’ managers for better execution of deliverables and conduct of activations,
- Incorporate competition activities in and thereby propose specific activities to further build the saliency of ITC brands,
- Devise in-store solutions for visibility/ off-takes enhancements of ITC product categories

Pay: From ₹11,500.00 per month
