Greetings from Electrosteel Castings Ltd.

We are looking for freshers.

Qualification: - B.Tech/BE-Mechanical Engineering
Experience: - Freshers / 0-2 Years Experience in TPM/CBM is added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1. Will be reporting to TPM Head.
2. Converting the detected abnormalities of the selected 5S areas into activity format as per the monthly program of the TPM department.
3.Follow up and collection of PM check lists of Mechanical Maintenance as per weekly schedule.
5. Follow up of the corrective actions proposed in failure analysis of DIP maintenance on monthly basis and intimate the TPM head on monthly basis.

6. Attending each failure analysis session of DIP maintenance and updating the completed analysis through SAP’s PM module and also the Breakdown Tracker file on daily basis.

7. Attending each training session for self - development that will organized on regular basis by the department. After each training session the effectiveness of the training will be assessed by the TPM head.

8. During DIP planned shut downs, will work on the shop floor with DIP team supervising the cleaning and lubrication of machines as allotted by the DIP head

9.The existing formats and forms are to be used for the TPM activities, if any formats are to be changed or modified it has to be done with approval of the TPM head.
