Responsible for warranty decisions for the product defects reported to the workshop
- Detail reporting of complaints, investigation and rectification for vehicles under warranty
- Coordinate with DICV AO for required approvals for warranty claims
- Warranty failed parts tagging and storage in the workshop
- Dispatch of all the failed parts to DICV on request
- Failed parts scrapping in presence of a DICV representative
- Ensure disposal of failed parts scrap
- Follow up with DICV for warranty claim settlement & reimbursement
- Upkeep warranty claim documents for regular dealer audits
- Coordinate with proprietary parts dealers and service centres for their respective parts warranty claim
- Update workshop personnel on the latest warranty policy changes
