**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage front desk activities including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for appointments, meetings, or events.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
- Assist in booking conference rooms and preparing meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies by monitoring stock and placing orders when needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks like filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist clients with directions, information, and any additional needs.
- **Coordination**:
- Liaise between visitors and office staff to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate with building management for any facilities-related issues (maintenance, security, etc.).
- Support internal teams by relaying messages and delivering documents.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some companies may prefer an associate degree or related certification).
- **Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
