**Responsibilities**:
**1. Influencer Identification**:

- Research and identify potential influencers aligned with our brand and target audience.
- Utilize industry tools and platforms to discover emerging influencers and trends.

**2. Outreach Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage influencers.
- Create compelling pitch materials and messages to communicate the brand's value proposition.

**3. Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and engaging content.

**4. Campaign Management**:

- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with campaign objectives.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**5. Contract Negotiation**:

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, outlining deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines in influencer partnerships.

**6. Global Travel**:

- Willingness and ability to travel globally to meet influencers, attend events, and strengthen relationships.
- Having a valid passport is a mandatory requirement for this role.

**7. Multilingual Skills**:

- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is essential for effective communication with influencers.

**8. Hospitality**:

- Ensure a high level of hospitality when interacting with influencers, making them feel valued and appreciated.

**9. Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between influencers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication.
- Provide clear guidelines and expectations to influencers for each collaboration.

**10. Monitoring Trends**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
- Recommend innovative approaches to influencer marketing based on emerging trends.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a successful track record of managing influencer relationships.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

5. Strong organizational and project management abilities.

6. Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique and engaging influencer campaigns.

7. Understanding of legal and ethical considerations in influencer partnerships.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
