**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **3D Modeling Subject Matter Expert (SME)** to provide expert guidance and support in creating high-quality 3D models for our projects. You will lead the modeling efforts, ensuring that our assets meet both creative and technical standards while mentoring the team and solving complex modeling challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Expert Guidance**: Provide expertise on 3D modeling techniques, workflows, and best practices to the team.
- **Model Creation**: Design and create high-quality 3D models for various projects, ensuring accuracy, detail, and technical efficiency.
- **Problem-Solving**: Troubleshoot complex modeling issues and suggest effective solutions.
- **Mentorship**: Train and mentor junior modelers, helping them improve their skills and workflows.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review models for quality, ensuring they meet project specifications and are optimized for performance.
